I began on stage. Opera and improv taught me to listen with intent, to shape ideas that move people, and to make transformation feel personal. When I shifted into sales and leadership, it was not a pivot but a continuation of performance in a different arena.
Today, I build with AI, drawing on more than a decade in enablement. I put that work into practice through coaching, then document what I am learning in books and practical frameworks that turn insight into action.
